Service

Website Development

Websites that work for your results — from strategy and design through delivery to care and growth.

A website is not a business card you put up once and forget. It is a sales tool that has to load fast, be visible in Google and guide visitors to contact you. I design and build websites for companies that want a site doing real work — from simple business cards to booking services with a self-service content panel.

What kind of website do you need?

A business card site — a few pages, contact form and map, ready in 1–2 weeks. A corporate site with a detailed offer, blog and campaign landing pages. An industry service with online booking, pricing and a customer area — for clinics, hotels, law firms and service businesses. A portal or web application when you need logins, user roles and custom business logic. I always start with the question of what the site must achieve — not with picking a template.

What is included in the delivery

Needs analysis and information architecture — which pages, which content, which path to contact. Mobile-first visual design and a responsive layout (RWD) tested on phones, where most traffic lands. Delivery with SSL, business email, backups and baseline security. Forms with anti-spam protection and email notifications. Technical SEO foundations: meta titles and descriptions, schema.org structured data, XML sitemap, Google Search Console and Analytics integration. Training on editing content yourself, plus 30 days of post-launch support included.

WordPress or Laravel — which to choose?

I choose WordPress when a fast start, low maintenance cost and self-service editing matter — corporate sites, blogs, information services, simple WooCommerce stores. I choose Laravel when you need custom business logic, integrations with company systems, advanced permissions or performance under heavy traffic — customer portals, booking systems, SaaS applications. I often combine both: WordPress as the content layer and Laravel as the backend for unusual processes. I advise honestly — if WordPress is enough, I will not sell you a more expensive solution.

Performance and visibility in Google

A site loading over three seconds loses half its visitors before they see the offer. That is why performance is designed in from the start: WebP and AVIF images, lazy loading, server-side cache, Brotli compression, minimal third-party scripts and inline critical CSS. The goal is LCP under 2.5 s on mobile and a stable layout without shifts (CLS). On top of that, technical SEO: clean URL structure, heading hierarchy, structured data, indexation control and correct language versions. Every site ships with Search Console connected so you can see from day one which queries you appear for.

Legal compliance: GDPR, Omnibus, EAA

Every site and store I deliver has compliance built in: a GDPR-compliant privacy and cookie policy, a consent banner, the 30-day lowest price display required by the Omnibus Directive, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility required by the European Accessibility Act. Accessibility is not only a legal duty — readable contrast, keyboard navigation and described images translate directly into higher conversion and better rankings.

Care and growth after launch

After launch you are not left alone with a file you cannot edit. I offer care packages: system and plugin updates, backups, uptime and load-time monitoring, bug fixes, and growing the site with new features and pages. I work on a monthly retainer or per task — you choose what fits your rhythm. Every change goes through a staging environment, so the production site is never half-rebuilt.

FAQ

How much does a business website cost?

A business card site is 1,500–3,500 PLN net, a corporate site with a blog and landing pages 3,500–8,000 PLN, and a service with booking, a customer panel or a store 8,000–25,000 PLN and up. I give a fixed price after a free scope analysis — no hidden costs and no surcharges for responsiveness or baseline SEO.

How long does it take to build a website?

A business card on a proven theme takes 1–2 weeks. A corporate site with custom design 3–5 weeks. A service with booking, integrations or a store 6–12 weeks. Timelines run from the moment I have the complete content — which is why preparing materials is usually the longest stage on the client side.

Will I be able to edit content myself?

Yes. WordPress sites ship with a panel for editing text, images and pages yourself, and training is part of the delivery. For custom Laravel builds I also implement an admin panel, usually on Filament, with per-user permissions. You will not need to come back to me for every text change.

Will the site be visible in Google?

Technical SEO is standard in every delivery: URL structure, meta titles and descriptions, schema.org structured data, XML sitemap, correct language versions and Google Search Console. That is necessary but not sufficient — content and links decide rankings. So every site ships with a report on what to publish next, and I can run content growth as part of a care package.

Will the site comply with GDPR and Omnibus?

Yes, compliance is part of the delivery: privacy and cookie policy, a consent banner with the option to decline, and — for stores — the 30-day lowest price display required by the Omnibus Directive. On request I also prepare an accessibility statement aligned with the European Accessibility Act.

What happens after the site goes live?

Every delivery includes 30 days of free post-launch support for fixes and questions. After that you can move to a monthly care package: updates, backups, uptime and load-time monitoring, plus new features. Care packages start at 300 PLN net per month.
