Laravel Support for Agencies
Flexible backend capacity under your agency’s brand. 20/40/80 h packages, NDA, SLA and reporting — no recruitment, no headcount.
Agencies and software houses come to me when they need extra backend capacity: during holidays, when the team is overloaded, for a project with no available developer, or for maintaining a client application. I work under the agency’s brand, with an NDA, time reports and a weekly demo. You do not recruit, create a headcount or explain to the client who is behind the work.

Final fixed price after a free scope analysis — no hidden costs.
Which agencies I work with
E-commerce agencies that need backend support for a store or integration. Marketing agencies that sold a Laravel project but have no available developer. Software houses that want to expand the team without hiring. Creative agencies that need a technical partner under the client’s brand. I work with teams in Poland and the EU, in the CET/CEST time zone.
What the support includes
Laravel backend — new features, APIs, admin panels, integrations and automations. Maintenance — fixes, upgrades, monitoring and incident response. Audit — code, security and performance review before a takeover. Takeover — cleaning up a project from another vendor and planning further development. Support also includes tests, CI/CD, documentation and knowledge transfer to your team.
Onboarding and communication
We start with a 30-minute call and a scope. Then an NDA, access to the repository, staging and tools (Jira, Slack, GitHub). Onboarding usually takes 2–3 days, and the first task starts in 1–2 weeks. We work in sprints with a weekly demo and time reports. You keep control over priorities; I deliver code, tests and documentation.
White label and security
I work under your agency’s brand — the end client does not need to know who builds the backend. We sign an NDA, and the code goes into the agency repository from the first commit. I apply least privilege, 2FA and access rotation after the engagement. For projects with personal data we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR). Code ownership and rights transfer are defined in the contract.
When it pays off — and when it doesn’t
It pays off when you need 20–80 hours per month, want to start in 1–2 weeks and do not want to create a headcount. It pays off for a takeover, a key developer’s holiday or a project peak. I am not the best fit if you need a five-person team tomorrow, the cheapest quote on the market or a permanent on-site presence. In that case I will say so directly.
Packages and billing
20/40/80 hour monthly packages are billed monthly with a time report. Unused hours roll over to the next month within the package (details in the contract). You can start with one package and change it as the workload evolves. VAT invoices, 7–14 day payment terms, B2B.

FAQ
How much does Laravel support for agencies cost?
Packages start at 1,800 PLN/month net + VAT for 20 hours, 3,600 PLN/month for 40 hours and 7,200 PLN/month for 80 hours. The hourly rate inside a package is lower than for one-off work. After a call and scope analysis you receive a concrete proposal.
Do you work under the agency’s brand?
Yes, this is a white-label model. I work under the agency’s brand, and the end client does not need to know who builds the backend. I can also talk to the client directly if the agency prefers.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, as standard before receiving code, data and client information. I can sign your NDA or provide my own.
How quickly can you take over a task?
Usually 1–2 weeks after the scope is agreed. For urgent cases an earlier start is sometimes possible — ask about availability.
Can you take over a project from another vendor?
Yes. I start with a code and infrastructure audit, a risk report and a 30/60/90 plan. Then I secure data, add tests and refactor module by module — without stopping production.
How does reporting work?
Weekly demos, a monthly time report and ongoing contact on Slack or Teams. I agree priorities with the agency’s PM or CTO.
Do you provide an SLA?
For technical care we define a 24–48 h response time, with critical incidents in priority mode. The exact SLA scope is in the contract.
Do you contact the end client?
By default no — communication goes through the agency. If the agency wants, I can join client meetings as part of the agency team.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, VAT invoices with 7–14 day payment terms. I work on a B2B basis, EU VAT ID PL5792204777.
