Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Inoventis Solutions Krzysztof Słonina, ul. Cicha 2, 83-050 Lublewo Gdańskie, Poland, VAT ID PL5792204777, e-mail: kontakt@informatix.com.pl. For any data protection matters you can contact us at this address.
2. What data we process
We process the data you provide voluntarily: your name and e-mail address (contact form), the content of your enquiry and project description, as well as your e-mail address when you request materials (PDF checklists). We also automatically process technical data: IP address and browser/device information — for security and statistical purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data for the following purposes: answering your enquiry and preparing an offer — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; delivering requested materials (checklists) — Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR; maintaining correspondence and fraud prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; analytics and statistics (only with your consent) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; accounting and legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Data retention
Enquiry data is stored for the duration of the correspondence and no longer than 24 months from the last contact. E-mail addresses collected for materials (checklists) are stored until consent is withdrawn, no longer than 36 months. Accounting data is stored for 5 years as required by law. Analytics data — up to 14 months.
5. Data recipients
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. It may only be processed by trusted subcontractors: our hosting provider, e-mail provider and analytics provider (Google Analytics — only with your consent) — always under data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary to provide their services.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access and obtain a copy of your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
7. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for the proper functioning of its pages and — only with your consent — analytics cookies (visitor statistics). You can give or refuse consent in the cookie banner on your first visit and change it at any time in your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies does not limit your use of the site.
8. Transfers outside the EEA
As we use Google analytics tools, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the compliance mechanisms applied by the provider. Such transfers only occur after you consent to analytics cookies.
9. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures adequate to the risk: encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access control, backups and monitoring. Data is processed within the EU or by providers guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.
