Allegro + PrestaShop — Integration & Synchronisation [2026]

The Allegro + PrestaShop integration: two-way synchronisation of offers, stock and prices, marketplace orders in the store, overselling protection and "Wysyłam z Allegro" support. Three models: module (2,000–5,000 PLN net), linker (subscription) and custom integration (4,000–12,000 PLN).

Allegro is Poland's largest marketplace — for thousands of PrestaShop stores, selling on Allegro is a second (and sometimes first) revenue channel. The trouble starts in operations: listing offers manually, retyping orders into the store and tracking stock in two places lead to overselling, complaints and lost hours. The Allegro + PrestaShop integration puts all of it in order: offers, stock, prices and orders synchronise automatically. Implementation usually costs 2,000–8,000 PLN net depending on the model (module, linker, custom integration), and pays back at a few dozen marketplace orders per month.

Najważniejsze: The Allegro + PrestaShop integration covers: two-way synchronisation of offers, stock and prices, pulling Allegro orders into the store (or a linker), status updates, "Wysyłam z Allegro" support and overselling protection. Three models: a dedicated module (2,000–5,000 PLN net), a linker like Baselinker (subscription), a custom API integration (4,000–12,000 PLN). Critical: stock sync frequency, status mapping and bulk order handling.

Three integration models — what to choose?

Model How it works Cost For whom
Allegro module for PrestaShop The store connects to the Allegro API directly 300–800 PLN (module) + 1,000–3,000 PLN implementation Stores selling mainly on Allegro
Linker (Baselinker, Base.com) One hub: store + marketplaces + couriers subscription (from ~100 PLN/month) + configuration Multichannel sales (Allegro + Amazon + store)
Custom integration A dedicated connector via the Allegro and PrestaShop APIs 4,000–12,000 PLN Unusual processes, ERP, high volumes
  • Practical rule: one marketplace → module; many channels → linker; unusual processes → custom integration. On the technical side of connecting systems see PrestaShop API.

What exactly does the integration synchronise?

  • Offers — listing store products on Allegro (individually and in bulk), updating titles, descriptions and parameters; mapping Allegro and store categories.
  • Stock levels — the heart of the integration: stock in the store and on Allegro must be consistent so the same product is not sold twice (overselling). Sync works both ways or one-way (warehouse → channels), depending on the model.
  • Prices — price and promotion updates; watch Allegro vs store prices (margins, commission costs, campaigns).
  • Orders — pulling Allegro orders into the store (or linker), creating orders/receipts, mapping payment and delivery statuses.
  • Shipping — InPost and other courier labels, "Wysyłam z Allegro" support, pushing tracking numbers to Allegro: InPost in PrestaShop.
  • Invoices and accounting — passing sales to invoicing (Fakturownia, iFirma) and accounting.
  • Returns and complaints — status and return handling consistent with the store process.

Overselling — why stock is the most important thing

The biggest mistake in multichannel sales: the same product sold simultaneously in the store and on Allegro because stock synchronised "once an hour". The consequences: complaints, unfulfilled orders and a drop in seller quality on Allegro (which affects offer ranking!).

How to prevent it

  • Frequent stock sync — every few minutes for fast-moving products; the Allegro API has limits, so plan it consciously (priority for bestsellers).
  • A stock buffer — publish stock reduced by a buffer (e.g. 1–2 units) on channels to reduce the risk of parallel sales.
  • Reservations — an Allegro order should immediately reserve stock in the store.
  • Divergence monitoring — an alert when channel stock differs from the warehouse; without monitoring, divergences surface only at complaint time.

Implementation step by step

  1. Accounts and access — an Allegro seller account (REST API, an application with keys), a linker or module account, store access.
  2. Data mapping — categories, parameters, product variants; the most labour-intensive stage and the main source of problems.
  3. Sync configuration — directions (offers, stock, prices, orders), frequency, buffers, product exclusions.
  4. Orders and shipping — status mapping, labels, tracking numbers, "Wysyłam z Allegro".
  5. Tests on a small group — list a few offers, place test orders, check stock and invoices.
  6. Launch and monitoring — full sync enabled, divergence alerts, a review after the first week.
  • The whole implementation: 1–2 weeks with a module or linker, 3–6 weeks with a custom integration.

What does it cost and when does it pay back?

Scope Cost (net)
Allegro module 300–800 PLN
Implementation and configuration (module) 1,000–3,000 PLN
Linker configuration 800–2,500 PLN + subscription
Custom integration 4,000–12,000 PLN
Maintenance from 300 PLN/month

Running Allegro sales alongside the store manually means a dozen-plus hours of work per 100 monthly orders — plus the cost of mistakes (overselling, late shipments, ranking drops). The integration usually pays back within 2–4 months.

Frequently asked questions

Can Allegro be connected to PrestaShop without a module?

Yes — via the Allegro API and the PrestaShop API (a custom integration) or through a linker like Baselinker/Base.com that mediates between the systems. A module is the simplest route when selling only on Allegro; a linker wins when there are more channels.

How often should stock sync to avoid overselling?

The more often, the safer — every few minutes for bestsellers, every 10–30 minutes for the rest, respecting Allegro API limits. Add a stock buffer (1–2 units) and immediate stock reservation when a marketplace order arrives.

Does the integration support "Wysyłam z Allegro"?

Yes — modern modules and linkers support "Wysyłam z Allegro": you handle orders and labels through Allegro, and the store receives stock and sales data. Configuration depends on the model — check whether your variant supports this mode.

What about invoices for Allegro orders?

The integration passes orders into the store (or directly into the invoicing system), where you issue invoices/receipts. Note: buyer data from Allegro is anonymised — the process must account for that, as well as GDPR and Omnibus duties.

Should prices be synchronised between Allegro and the store?

  • It is a business decision: you can run separate channel prices (accounting for Allegro commissions) or one pricing policy. The integration should allow both models — with rules per category or product.

How long does the Allegro integration take?

Module or linker configuration: 1–2 weeks (category and parameter mapping takes the longest). A custom integration with ERP and unusual processes: 3–6 weeks. After launch, plan monitoring and a review after the first week of sales.
