WordPress Landing Page — Building One That Converts [2026]

A WordPress landing page is a single-goal page: a headline with a promise, trust signals, an offer with CTA and a form. A builder (Elementor) is faster and cheaper (1,500–3,000 PLN net); a dedicated project is more efficient (3,000–5,000 PLN). Critical: load speed, one CTA, measurability and A/B tests.

A WordPress landing page is a single-page site with one goal: conversion. While a company site tells the story of the whole business, a landing page drives one action — a sign-up, an enquiry, a purchase, a download. On WordPress they are built in two ways: fast, on builders (Elementor and similar), or as lightweight, dedicated projects with maximum performance. A well-built landing page costs from around 1,500–5,000 PLN net (design and implementation), and its quality — speed, messaging, trust signals — translates directly into customer acquisition cost in campaigns. This guide shows how to build an LP that converts.

Najważniejsze: A WordPress landing page is a single-goal page: a headline with a promise → problem/solution section → trust signals → offer → form/CTA → FAQ. Two approaches: a builder (Elementor, faster, more assets) or a dedicated project (loads faster, better Core Web Vitals). Cost: 1,500–5,000 PLN net, campaign LPs with integrations up to 8,000 PLN. Critical: load speed (every second is conversion), one CTA, measurability (GA4 + events) and A/B testing.

How is a landing page different from a company site?

Feature Landing page Company site
Goal One conversion Information + many paths
Navigation Minimal or no menu Full menu
Content Focused on the campaign offer The whole company, offer, blog
Traffic Paid (Google Ads, social) SEO + direct
Metrics Conversion, cost per lead Traffic, rankings, engagement

A landing page without paid traffic has limited sense — its power shows in campaigns, where every percent of conversion counts.

The anatomy of an effective landing page

  1. A headline with a promise — a concrete outcome for a concrete group ("A store launched in 4 weeks — with no hidden costs"), not "We are the market leader".
  2. Problem section — you show you understand the audience's situation.
  3. Solution and benefits — what the customer gets, in their language.
  4. Trust signals — reviews, logos, numbers, certificates, case studies.
  5. Offer and CTA — clear, with a visible price or a quote invitation; one dominant button.
  6. Form — minimum fields (more fields, fewer leads); alternatives: phone, chat, calendar.
  7. FAQ — removes the last objections before conversion.
  8. Technical elements — speed, mobile, event tracking (GA4), GDPR compliance.
  • The one-goal rule: every extra link (menu, "see also", social) is a conversion leak. Only paths leading to the goal stay on the LP.

Builder or dedicated project?

  • Builder (Elementor, Divi, blocks + patterns) — faster and cheaper (1,500–3,000 PLN net), easy to edit, but more CSS/JS and worse Core Web Vitals when built carelessly. Sensible for test campaigns and frequently built pages.
  • Dedicated landing (child theme or a lightweight theme, hand-built sections) — 3,000–5,000 PLN net, the best performance (LCP < 2 s), full code control. Sensible for campaigns with bigger budgets, where speed directly affects cost per lead.
  • Landing page as a separate system (Landingi, Unbounce) — outside WordPress, when you need many variants and fast tests without touching the main site.

The choice depends on scale: with campaign budgets in the thousands of zloty monthly, 1–2 seconds of faster loading can return the implementation difference within a month.

How much does a WordPress landing page cost?

Scope Cost (net)
LP on a builder (1 page, 1 goal) 1,500–3,000 PLN
Dedicated LP (design + implementation) 3,000–5,000 PLN
Campaign LP with integrations (CRM, calendar, payments) 4,000–8,000 PLN
Optimising an existing LP (speed, conversion) 1,000–3,000 PLN
A/B tests and iterations from 800 PLN/campaign

Add campaign costs (ad budget), content (conversion copywriting) and tools (analytics, session recordings).

How to measure and improve an LP?

  • GA4 events — form submission, phone clicks, form start and abandonment.
  • Session recordings (Clarity, Hotjar) — where users stop and scroll.
  • A/B tests — headlines, CTAs, forms; one element at a time, on a sufficient sample.
  • Cost per conversion — not just the rate; an LP should lower cost per lead, not collect "pretty" statistics.
  • Speed — Core Web Vitals reported in the campaign; a slow LP raises click cost without results.

Without measurement, a landing page is guesswork — that is why analytics and events are part of the implementation, not an add-on.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a WordPress landing page cost?

From 1,500–3,000 PLN net on a builder, 3,000–5,000 PLN net for a dedicated project, 4,000–8,000 PLN net for a campaign LP with integrations (CRM, payments, calendar). Optimising an existing LP: 1,000–3,000 PLN.

Does a landing page have to be on WordPress?

No — it can be a dedicated system (Landingi, Unbounce) or custom code. WordPress wins when the LP is to live in the site's ecosystem (shared content, domain, SEO, forms). Separate systems win with mass testing of many variants.

What hosting for a landing page?

Fast and simple — an LP usually does not need heavy infrastructure, but it must load instantly (LCP below 2 s). Often the best choice is the hosting the main site already runs on, plus cache and an image CDN.

Does a landing page make sense without paid campaigns?

  • Yes, but less so: LPs also work in mailings, social media and influencer campaigns. Their natural environment, however, is paid traffic, where conversion directly affects the return on ads.

How many elements should a landing page have?

As many as conversion needs: headline, problem, solution with benefits, proof, offer with CTA, form, FAQ. Usually 6–9 sections. Every further section should remove a specific objection — not "fill the page".

Can I build a landing page in Elementor myself?

Yes — Elementor and similar builders let you build a correct LP without programming. What must be taken care of: speed (Elementor can be heavy), mobile, event tracking and GDPR compliance. If the campaign is large, at least commission the optimisation.
